Ouson is one of Australia’s prominent development groups, and since 2009 has been delivering large residential and commercial land development and subdivision projects throughout the country. In addition to asset management services, Ouson has significant property holdings, including Melbourne’s premier World Trade Centre.
With substantial property experience behind them and with stable financials, the Ouson Group recognised an opportunity to add value to ambitious business projects, by leveraging its expertise and funding. As the private lending offshoot of Ouson, Ouya is continuing that success, partnering with businesses to provide strategic funding quickly and with the fairest industry funding conditions.
